Accounts can only be deactivated from the main Caribads site, not the app. If you’re using a phone or tablet, go to Caribads from your device’s browser.

To deactivate your account on www.caribads.app:

1. Login to Caribads.app with account you want to deactivate. Note: Accounts can only be deactivated from the main site, not the app.
2. Click on the user menu Image of the user menu button. at the top of the page.
3. Select My Details from the drop-down list.
4. Click Deactivate your account.
5. You’ll see a screen asking for deactivation reasons. Once you’ve chosen a reason, click Deactivate or Delete.

Your account will be deactivated or deleted right away. We’ll send you an email to confirm that it has been done. If you’d like to reactivate your account again later, you can re-register at any time.
